never let yourself be bullied
never be a quiet victim
only your definition of yourself matters
have the courage to stand alone
let unassailable purity be your strength
you define your self worth

in this life there are nasty folks
people with darkness in their soul
evil has taken control of their minds and words
let unassailable purity be your strength
they want to hurt
they want you to respond

do not be open to attack
and always, always talk the truth
let unassailable purity be your strength
and let your thoughts be pure and unequivocal
do no harm at all in this world
be true to your values
