Unaccomplished Dream
There's nothing I want to say,
There's nothing I wish to discuss.
I simply want to walk,
Walk till I reach home.
My heart is beating faster,
My mind is chasing the distance,
As I try hard to forget,
A feeling which is mine
& I have the right to own;
But failing to,
As the seeds have not yet sown.
It's harder than it may seem,
To accept:
In life we don't get everything we want.
Some vigorous efforts,
Now have started to haunt.
I can say: "its painful!"
For when- meticulously;
I have cherished, nurtured and owned-
Just one Dream.
