Ultimate Sacrifice

Unrequited love Rising from a deathlike sleep Comfort in apprehension Thoughts that run too deep A strange but beautiful occurrence Erroneous love, I did find Life consuming emotion A disquieted state of mind This fire if left to burn May exhaust my soul Suspicion of future anguish An insurmountable hole Inspired fear and awe Through the purity of my desire Disillusioned by my own heart Reality and lonliness conspire The oblivion of truth leaves fascination to reign Avaricious for true love Impetuous rush of pain
