U-Haul
So as we know, a U-Haul is used to transport “stuff” that you are not ready to let go, stuff that you want to hold on to and bring from one destination to another. But you, U-Haul the burdens of this world on your shoulders, on your back, on your mind… the hurt, the lies, the worries and stress. U-Haul a ball of issues from decades ago.
Have you ever become aware of how much resentment, jealousy and anger you have piled up and how much bitterness and rejection U-Haul around year after year? But why do U-Haul the burdens of life, such as old baggage and luggage into the newness of each year, the newness of each day?
Imagine this, your body is a U-Haul and just like the truck, it has many features, so much so that over the years it has taken a toll on you.
Your mind is weary, your arms are heavy, your vision is blurry, your heart is aching, your legs are weak and you are gradually wearing your body down.
Your eyes are the headlights, your hands are the windshield wipers, your heart is the engine, your legs are the tires, you use your feet as the brakes to stop, your mind is the starter, your body is the battery.
You drive your U-Haul from place to place, to place to place and you constantly carry the excess baggage everywhere you go, because you pack it and unpack it. You unpack it in your new house, you bring it up in conversations, it affects your new relations, at your job it affects your work and it affects your mood and attitude.
But now is the time. In order to grow, you gotta let go. It’s time to stop by the dumpster and unload that U-Haul, throw away all the clutter, the bitterness, rejection, anger, hurt and disappointment that has been holding you down all these years. It’s time to gas up, yes, re-fuel, get a tune up and an oil change. Fill your body with joy, love, laughter, wisdom, peace, happiness, positivity and watch how clutter free your mind, body and life will be.
