Two Souls Pause

Two souls pause beneath the sky as one, and Reflect upon their stored memories Moments when, As Lawn chair watchers of stars and fireflies, They pondered the Infinite waltz of light. As Front porch listeners, together embraced the Enduring cadence of the nocturnal chorus, Their hearts quickening to Love's primal rhythm As Nightly companions, Shedding the clatter and chaos of the day, Holding hands, and with measured breath, Glided easily into the celestial harmonies. Two souls pause beneath the sky once more, Moved by the melody of a life lived fully Blessed by God's sweet symphony.
