this was inspired by a photo of two pea pods with human heads dressed in clothes.

They are so old-fashioned, these two peas in a pod. I heard this from Jake, Fred, Sally, Victor and Maud. Saw them in public, they were wearing century old clothes. Why they dress like this, I doubt that any other pea knows.

This one was a cutie. My best friend and I were always called two peas in a pod. Maybe we will be like these 2 old pods in your poem by our 70's. We will wear fun hats with sparkling stones, ribbons and bows, drinking champagne we hold between our painted toes. This was a fun one to read and it made me smile.
