Two Loves
Dear Rose
One of the things that I appreciate most about you is not the obvious.
We both know the obvious is your stunning attraction and beauty.
Were this your only attraction, you would have at least one serious competitor.
I know that you would still win out over her, but Carnation is no push-over.
In my view, attraction and beauty must also come with the accessibility factor.
That's right Rose; and that is another reason why you stand head and shoulders above all the rest.
For example; when I exit my front door, you are standing on both my right and my left. I don't have to look for you or shop for you, and all my neighbors think well of you.
I know that they all have the best of intentions and reasons; It's great that Cactus is always green; but Iris and Lillie come and go with the seasons.
You, my dear Rose, are both plentiful and beautiful, making you highly unbeatable; and I get to enjoy you longer than all the rest.
Even though I have to purchase her at the local grocer; next to you, I think that I like Carnations the best.
