Interesting to learn about new forms dear Darlene mam.Elf means small and this one is an Elfchen..wow sounds amazing.Thankyou for teaching us.:-) And sad to see people not using the chairs ..and secluded them:-( which even portrays people are busy with things and not finding time to relax. My friend, you did wonderfully well. New poetry forms are always hard to get into. Especially so short forms. Yet yours speaks of expectation. promise and mystery. A very creative concept to fill into such a brief space/poem. I think yours is very fine. God bless..

I want to tell you that the only way I could put this poem through is using the Englyn form. The reason is this poem is called a Elfchen. It is not listed here. it does exist. i looked it up.
