Two Limericks

A student of Latin named Herb
Enjoyed the study of verbs.
  While reading in Freud
  He felt a great void,
And concluded his life was absurd.

A student of Greek embryonic
Found Homer was much too erotic!
  Her long hours of study
  Had weakened her body
And made her completely psychotic!

Darlene, Thanks for the kind words. One method I sometimes use is to take two "interesting" words that rhyme, like "politician" and "mortician", and try to build a short story around them. Jerry
