Two Friends in Heaven

I have two friends in heaven who have something to say:
You can hide behind curtains like veils of snow
You can lie like swells in the stormy sea
But, exposure will come when the snow melts
And the wind gusts the sand across the beach
While their footprints remain to be seen
I have two friends in heaven, who say speak!

As they wait, I speak for them everything they can’t!

My words will be carried and moved by the tides 
Carried with the wind, waves and snow that falls
Accountability will not be evaded forever 
There will be a time when the trumpets play
The world will hear and my friends will smile!
