Two Feathers

Two Feathers
 
If Thou allow the bird, 
Its found feathers to tell of its serving 
Its part in this earthy food chain, 
Thou will, too, allow its reward to be 
To sing again its sublime song - somewhere.

Thank you! They are usually blue jay feathers, and blue jays are tough so it may have got away.
