Two Birds

Little bird sings and the big one croaks One is happy, the other is rile If you hear them, you don't have to be coaxed To enjoy this morn for awhile The garbage truck took the litter away All the remnants of food and stuff So the big bird had a point to say Some invectives, the most rough But the little bird has another view Enjoying the pale winter sun She is singing madly for me and you While the day hasn't yet began.
