Put down the knife

You can't keep going
like this for long,
Think of all the
beauty inside,
& not of why
youre criticised.
Know your better days
are ahead,
You are more loved
then you'll ever know,
This is not the end
of your story,
You still have
much more to grow!
You are not alone.
Know someone smiles
because youre alive,
So think of them,
& not of
why you cry.
