Twins Only Feet Apart
Identical twins we truly are
both look the same colour and size
not an easy fit only for a few
sometimes too tight makes us cries
After been worn for few occasions
it feels easier, makes true fit
cause never stand still for long
brings memories of out first knit
Uphill treks shows us real thick
being inside big leather boots
many miles travelled so very far
never know our masters varied routes
After a couple of days off we go
into the washing machine full of soap
mind you after it you feel clean
we're so fresh again in peace and hope
Well that's our story
twins only feet apart
did you guess us socks
a real pair feel real smart
( Just some silly thoughts about a pair of socks)
