I can see children frowning because the circus is closed , but it is funny that the couple had chose to commit suicide off the high wire. Interesting

I can't imagine the horror of a child viewing this. They would be traumatized. A chilling poem for sure Arthur!

a circus which has gone wrong especially the punch in the end, arthur.. i like your use of symbolism here-- whether its politics, nature, relationships.. salute!... huggs
