Twenty Nine
Today's my birthday
What have i done with life?
Why am i here alone?
Nobody's wife
Am I so fussy
Looking for what's right
Or am I too busy
Maybe i put up a fight
Looks are not important
Money is just greed
Its whats inside them
Love is all i need
Loyalty also
That is a must
Somewhere to lay my head
Someone to trust
Friends I have many
They are so dear
Couldnt live without them
But nobody near
Said i would marry by thirty
Well its nearly time
Cos today 's my birthday
I am twenty nine.
Had better be serious
Look for love not hate
To belong to just one
My soulmate.
