Tv
Let me be,
Can’t you see?
I am watching TV.
Get away now, go,
Don’t you know,
I am watching a show.
Don’t try talking,
Or in front of me walking,
Nor on the door knocking.
Don’t visit my home,
Or call me on the phone,
I just want to be alone.
Forget my wife,
And all my strife,
And everything else in my life.
When I’m watching the screen,
I don’t want to be mean,
But I might miss something that I haven’t seen.
I don’t want to gloat,
Which show, no need to vote,
For I have the remote.
Don’t feel sorry for me,
Or get angry,
For I am happy with my TV.
