Its time you know why Even though I may cry It's the simple things you do That helps me see through Through your eyes to your soul In your heart, you are whole No words need be said Yet they dance in my head Words like trust That is always a must It's so hard for me to do Yet, somehow, I trust you For years now I've tried Many tears I have cried But you, you hold my hand So simple, yet so grand No ones done that for me For twenty years plus three That's an awfully long time To wait and to pine Your warm hands touch Has meant so very much So I want to thank you Cause its been long overdue
