Trust

*******************************************************************

I am not given freely
I am revered and earned
Cultivated through trials and tribulations
I am lessons learned
I am the surrendering of doubts, second guesses, and what ifs
I am a greater compliment than love
I am the heart's greatest gift.
I am a long lost friend,
Forgotten from your youth
I am undeniable certainty
I am sincerity and truth.
I am worthy of honor
I should always be respected
And once I am obtained
I should never be neglected
I should never be defiled by infidelity
I am not to be corrupted by deception or lust
I am continually sought after
I give hope
I am trust
