The poor are not dropping like flies
And Trump wants to know, "What's up, guys?
Don't be a jerk!
Get back to work!
America needs a surprise!"

Actually, Trump hopes some closed businesses, etc. can reopen around Easter--not immediately. Others are saying the same thing, but only Trump's taking a beating for saying it! Anyway, the limerick is well-written. Janice

It only takes one carrier to start the whole shebang again! In Honolulu, healthcare workers (working double shifts) are sleeping in vacant hotel rooms to avoid taking the virus home to their loved ones because lives are more important than profits! Aloha! Rico

Sadly, our President counts dollars, not lives, so when he says, "Make America Great Again!" he really means make the American Stock Market great again; it has never mattered to him what it costs to achieve his goals as he can always declare bankruptcy, leaving working Americans to pay his bills!
