Trump the Madman

They say,
a society deserves
the leader it chooses.

For America to be led
by a madman,
perhaps the society itself
has gone mad.

Trump’s mind is troubled.

How can a madman
lead a great nation?

His mouth is loose—
in the morning, he shouts,
in the evening, he insults,
at midnight, he lies.

He may be rich,
but he has no mind.

How can a man
who behaves like a child
make America great again?

The American government
has been hijacked
by hidden powers,
shaping the world
through its influence.

A man at seventy-nine
should guide others.

Yet wisdom
does not follow him.

But let us not blame him alone.

He is a reflection
of the society
that raised him.

Today, America acts
beyond its own laws—

laws it once helped
the world to create.

Children fall.
Women suffer.
Innocent men perish.

And justice
turns its face away.

Democracy speaks loudly,
yet walks
with hypocrisy.

The law stands firm
only when it serves
those in power.

The wars it wages
have shaken
its own dominion.

And Donald Trump—

is not the beginning,

but the catalyst
of a greater fall.

One day,
future generations
will open the pages of history
and whisper:

Once upon a time,
America was ruled
by a madman.

Your words are raw with the blade of truth! We suffer here and as an American I feel very cheated and betrayed. God will right this in His due time of that I am sure. Wonderful write!

Thank you for your powerful words. It means a lot to hear this from someone living within the reality I am writing about. My intention was not just to criticize, but to reflect a deeper truth about leadership, responsibility, and the consequences of power. Your honesty and courage to acknowledge these feelings speak volumes. I believe that awareness is the first step toward change, and voices like yours matter more than ever. I also share your faith that, in time, justice and truth will prevail. Until then, we continue to speak, reflect, and seek understanding. Thank you again for your support and for connecting so deeply with the poem.

Thank you, I truly hope so too. Every generation carries a chance to rebuild what was lost—what matters is that we don’t lose awareness along the way.
