True Love

To find true love not defined
Is it real or in my foolish mind?
Me, never behaving this way before
Your kindness not paved but secure,
Makes me think it’s really finally here.
To feel such peace when you are near.
You’re natural, you need nothing in return,
While your smile makes my heart churn.

And love will last forever as it must
Though so much deceit surrounds us,
It’s only you I need to truly trust.
