True Love

A young man in the carpenter trade, Was proud of the things that he made. His production was fine Top of the line, When he sold them was very well paid. Then he got lonely they say, He wanted to marry Ann Gray. The love of his life She would make a good wife, And give him some children one day! So he courted her for a while, With a gracious charm and style. He got down on one knee Said “will you marry me”, Then she said “of course” with a smile. That was a long time ago, And they’re still very happy you know. With three children they’re blessed And their life’s been the best, And they just move along with the flow!
