Troubled Stomach
Troubled stomach he carries
Itching, aching and scratching
On wheel chair he goes to doctor
Weeping gnashing teeth, worried
With stomach pain, stammering lips
Big baby is recommended for surgery
In the stomach were foreign bodies;
Taxes, bills, wages, bribes, donations
Aborted project money and loans
And the doctor advised him earnestly;
“These have caused ulcers and aches
Don’t eat these things again, big baby
Never will you survive if you disobey
Second operation you must avoid
Tears of the would-be beneficiaries,
have penetrated your stomach.”
