Triumph Through Tribulation

The incense of wisdom
and the stench of our pride
the aromatic flower
that hides in the night
the carelessness of love
the undignified treaty
our pride is forgotten
and addiction is weened
the actions of fools
the actions of fright
expose our intentions
that others will spite
we're punished by guilt
and appraised by the fallen
but our love will surpass
the treachery however daunting
fight for your will
for no one will treat it
as their thoughts revolve them
and are not sympathetic
for that which you stand, for this you must fall
undermine your demeanor
and prove unto all.
