Dear mentor to me, a darling teacher whose vibrant spirit is a delight
Enriching are her poems; I thank her, I thank** God for her earnestly.
*The second to the last comment I received from Connie on August 8, 2022, which speaks of her good testimony about the Poetry Soup: “This is a lovely shining example for your contest Beata. I wrote a tribute poem to PS members in 2016 I believe that included so many members most of whom are still here, called ‘Tribute to Poetry Soupers.’ I think it is wonderful to celebrate poets and their poetry. This site has brought me much happiness and has inspired me greatly to grow poetically. Blessings xxoo 8/21/2022”
