Trials In Life
A storm displayed a fierce look
and the strong wind that it took;
bringing waves to sea it shook
as its tail formed a huge hook.
Note:
This form is called Tanaga, a traditional short Filipino poem which is only a quatrain, having 7 syllables in each line. The rhyming schemes may be aaaa, aabb, abab or abba.
