Ochres and yellows display
Graciously they fall
In carpet gown, soil enriched
In life they shone, now they're gone

for me, on the first 4lines you are describing autumn and on the last it seems you describing winter.. correct me if am wrong? ........ Olive Eloisa thinking.. :)!

Most definitely Autumn Olive, latterly describing that once there in bloom, they're gone. But your not that far away, James :)
