We had snow in Kansas two days ago. I hate to mention it but....this poem reminds me how swiftly things change.

Wow. Snow already in Kansas. In Chicago, it snowed for the first time overnight (Tuesday-Wednesday, 10/29 - 10/30). No accumulation though. That's coming tomorrow (Thursday evening). Oh, well. Change we can believe in, even if we'd rather not see it. LOL. Thanks, Caren. Warmest wishes, Gershon

I was noticing this morning how suddenly the trees got bare. Yikes, not looking forward to the white stuff. Enjoyed your poem, Gershon.

Yikes is right. Those leaves are falling faster than a stock market after an interest rate hike... White stuff is a great euphemism for that four-letter word starting with sn_ _. Smiles, Gershon
