Very nice, Eileen. How often have I been tasked with either treading, or succumbing to the icy depths. When the arms grow weary, it can be a difficult choice. Us artists understand Big hugs ;-)

I can't tread water, so I have to just look ahead at the next objective and keep going, and I think you're a better swimmer than you let on. Take care, Richard

I just went to the 300 sequel with my son last night and one of the characters was given lead bracelets and tossed into the sea. This poem made me think of him.

Fortunately the water is shallow, just put your feet down and stand up, you will be fine. I'm sorry you are feeling down.

I appreciate you trying to help me on it...Heavy heart befalls...befalls me or others...what about My heavy heart tugs? Just not sure of befalls and how that fits. Thanks for visiting...
