Transitions
Summer’s
ending;
autumn’s
pending.
Nature
teases,
sending
breezes
cool and
pleasing
but so
fleeting.
Temps rise
greeting
summer
lovers.
Autumn
hovers.
Soon warm
covers
will be
needed.
Those who
pleaded
for fall’s
coming
will be
humming.
