Tranquility

~ When the sounds of the world fall silent ...
my soul leads to a secluded place, with an ethereal tranquility ~ quote by poet

     The inner dream-weaver
     with charismatic allure
     Nymphaea lotus- an ornamental plant
that transcends its own pristine beauty
Listen to the bees buzzing around the petals

     Tranquility, relaxation, and mindfulness
     Climbing a mountain at sunrise
     Mental purity free from suffering
     A daily dose of nature
     framed with mountain bluebirds

     Stillness of the unobstructed view,
     vegetation and horizon
Brings a calmer state of mind
     Mother Earth provides benefits
such as powerful "kick" of tranquility

Your free verse flows gently through images of lotus blossoms, buzzing bees, and mountain sunrise, creating a sense of quiet retreat. The spacious stanzas echo the stillness you describe, while “the inner dream-weaver” brings an enchanting quality to this celebration of nature’s restorative beauty. Congratulations on your contest placement 🌹 👏

Nothing beats nature for a bit of tranquility, I got that feeling of peace and tranquility when we sailed up the fjords, I often think of them. Best of luck in the contest Anne Lise. Tom🌹

Your lovely poem is a powerful Inspiration-kick: Indeed, meditate on one's natural surroundings. Every creation has a voice, speaking a tranquil language of universal love and harmony. Listen calmly, quietly and you will hear. Listen respectfully, transcendentally and you will become.
