Tranquility
Tranquility, an elusive state
A place of peace and calm
Where worries and fears abate
And serenity becomes the balm
It's a place where the mind can rest
And the soul can find its ease
Where nature's beauty is at its best
And worries are put to freeze
Tranquility, a precious gift
In this world of chaos and noise
A moment of stillness to uplift
And drown out the inner voice
It's the gentle sound of rustling leaves
And the calming lull of waves
It's the sight of the setting sun that weaves
A tapestry of peace that saves
Tranquility, a state of mind
That we must seek and find
For it's only in this peace we'll find
Our true selves and a peace of mind
