Trading My Four Leaf Clover For a Kiss

I once had a four leaf clover
I showed it to a girl
She drop it
Right smack dab back in all the other clover

She was a friend of mine
We looked and looked for this one clover
I didn’t really care if we found it or not

We bumped our heads together while looking
I started to laugh and she giggled
She got real close to me and looked at me
And said

Bobby, your luck has changed
And kissed me on the cheek
Thankfully I was wearing green
I know she would have pinched me

That was the day I traded my clover
For a kiss from a friend

A darling poem! I can see it. And it laughs in every direction. It is rare when a poem can do that.
