Touches of Insanity

If you touch me I bleed
so many perforated scars crissXcrosing,
if you touch me
I flinch
from cruel hands
the only hands i have ever
known.
If you touch me
I break
made whole only to be
broken again,
so
IF you touch me
let it be with
FIRM hands but gentle hands
for I
have bled by the hands
of those whom I have
LOVED.

Madison, Only those we care about can hurt us. It is clear you have already learned that lesson. Fear me not. Even if I had the power to hurt you, I would not willingly do so. Great Write. Love, Will

This poem touches me where I have lived and where I have been. I understand the feelings of apprehension you expressed in this write. TY
