Touched By Your Flame
You reached down your hand, rescuing my heart
with your tender, soft caress
in the soft, white shadows of a Celestial embrace
they paint my soul in the stars of Heaven's perfection
The subdued recollections of distant memories
display their lovely, lucid shades of past visited antiquity
as they console my heart, playing their enchanted, elusive tunes...
in a sea of translucent, crystalline dreams
You gently send them down on fragile, opaque wings
woven in delicate fragments of silken gold
They rain down into my heart...
in enmeshed, misty thoughts
glowing brightly in a perfect dream of you and me
upon the antiquated seas of time
drifting like soft satin ...
on sleepy tides of Heaven's euphoric bliss
You...my flawless, flamed memory
