*We do not get tornados here often. Last night was a close call.

Tornado

The skies turned dark gray
         Weather alert on my phone
                Tornado warning
       Heading for here, take shelter
        Somehow, I dodged a bullet

We get them all the time here. Glad yours passed over. I respect the weather but I am not afraid of storms. Tornadoes are so random one never knows which direction they will go. Take care, Heidi:)

tornadoes are very scary, we don't get them often and the anxiety is stirred up like the wind that spins. keep safe, weather is a wicked wierd thing

Thank you Vijay. It was unbelievable. My specific town was in the bulls eye of it on the maps, etc and the National weather alert puts through an alarm on the phone to take shelter. The sky was changing 'odd' colors nearby.
