Too Much Food

Eating too much food
    is never any good
Puts one in a nasty mood
What to do? -- Eat some more food!

That'll solve everything, you'll feel so much better
tho to your refrigerator you'll feel like a debtor
Alternatively, you can take a vow of ascetism
tho it greatly restrict your athleticism

Of course, when all else fails, you can turn to Professor Google
    whose algorithm recommends increasing Metamucil
As for me, I'm tearing my hair out
for it seems my appetite will never wear out

Knew of an old woman that said she didn't want to die indebted to her stomach.Make sure your getting enough protein. And hydrate. We often mistake hunger for thirst. The germans have a word that translates grief bacon for emotional eating.Ask yourself, " whats eating me ? " If nothing enjoy your sandwich and eat it in peace my friend.

Controlling ones appetite is so difficult to do Gershon when it comes to good food. Excercise I think is the key. You can eat but you have to burn those calories... Thanks for sharing.
