Too Long Away
So very far I've traveled
To this most peculiar home--
Where blindly I have wandered,
As one sightless tends to roam.
But I have been too long away,
For all there is to see--
And I have even thought to stay,
Although elsewhere I must be.
And I would climb a beam of light
Were it not for this, "the dance."
Delaying thus, my homeward flight,
For what mortals call, "Romance!"
