Tommy

I don't remember our first kiss
but I remember always wanting to kiss you
I know it was a stolen kiss
for you were hers and I was his
but you were always mine
in between and underneath we belonged to each other
I never enjoyed anyones compnay more
and certainly
you got me
we laughed and laughed
and made the others wonder
how we knew
what we knew
so easily

I do remember our first time
sweet so sweet yet aching
and ever after we'd steal away
to places secret ours alone
a lover pure and gentle always
hand on hand
cups of tea
no one ever loved me the same

This just made me smile... "no one ever loved me the same." You really seem to capture the essence of the feeling... the purity of it. This is beautiful.
