Told My Side Chicks About You

As soon as we met, I told my side chicks about you, because I liked you
Told them I didn't need them anymore, because in my head I thought I might wife you
I told you about my past, and you said my track record goes Before me
I can't believe you let an old chapter ruin our Story

I've got so many scars it's hard to see where I was bleeding from
I had a bunch of girls in my phone, I could call when I needed some
But as soon as we met, I cut them off because I wanted us
I was honest that before we met I used to sleep around, now you say I'm someone you can't trust

But I was truthful and told you, that's why it's something I don't get
It's not like I lied and made you believe I was a virgin
I cut them off and told you the truth, so how could you see them as a threat?
I'm in a better place now, but back then I played girls when I was hurting

I put my heart on the line to tell you how I feel
Yet you turn away because of who I used to be
I showed you the proof, and told you I wanted it to be just you and me
I thought you would have at least respected that I was being real

I guess I'm not good enough for you because of my past ways
But that's who I used to be, and you don't see my growth
I would have gave my all for us to get close
But because I was honest, our first day became our last Day

As soon as we met, I told my side chicks about you, because I liked you
Told them I didn't need them anymore, because in my head I thought I might wife you
I told you about my past, and you said my track record goes Before me
I can't believe you let an old chapter ruin our Story
