Toilet Rush

Prawn cocktails I really do like to scoff, but with this one, I’m not game to cough, for it sent me reeling; I’ve got a gut feeling, that the prawns in this cocktail are off.

Thanks again Kai … prawns have a reputation of training folk to become Olympian sprinters. Thanks Kai - Lindsay

Hello Phyllis … I didn't realize that it could trigger an allergy, but saying that, each time a bee stings me the reaction is much worse - thanks Phyllis - Lindsay

I have always wondered why people enjoy eating garbage-eaters, so it does not surprise me when it results in regurgitation! You should have eaten Benji! Aloha! Rico

G'day Rico … I recall a vegetarian complaining because cattle and sheep were eating all his food. Well, mad cow disease! The end result of feeding animals on a false diet - catch you soon Rico - Lindsay

Loved this limerick - at our last trip to the coast we stopped for a snack at a Grill restaurant, and they had marrow bones on ciabatta bread on the menu, something we both cannot resist. Very silly of us as it was Valentine's day and we had booked to go out that night. We only had time to be shown to our table, when my husband ran to the gents room and I close on his heels to the ladies - we left immediately! Too much old marrow! Poetry hugs, Jennifer.

Hello Jennifer … Never heard of that snack food Jennifer, however, all foods can hide the dreaded lurgi if hygiene standards are neglected, so the sprinting occurs - you never forget the source - thanks Jennifer - Lindsay

G'day Tom … I don't mind them cooked and smothered in a sauce. I can't taste them then. Yes, they can have a cleanout effect - thanks Tom - Lindsay
