Together Apart

In the outrageous cost for loving diversity in our languages, 
We crave out lovely damage beeping to set off assemblage. 
For the other days ethnicity rules our own darling land
And disobeys the legends' efforts accountable for amalgamated Nigerians' brand. 
In disarray to mule on major pressure opinion poll sets, 
As few buy out time to enjoy supposed nation's assets, 
Of their names for history, referencing future and nature's plights
In the solemn cry of citizens tagged "suffering and smiling"
Neglecting the best way to tackle hugs, smiles and frights 
That election brings love of speedy deceits in turns- reconciling... 

Pains and gains featuring our greys' experimental designs filming hope
How silent treachery hang loyalty without wisdom on thin rope! 
Beyond the reach of staged drum lawfully placed to rescue  
The absurd fame circumstances bestowed on us abroad like fescue 
And thus, many gave up on her - the promised land
Thinking Jerusalem is just been lucky of good tidings unplanned-
Grows sacred historical concerns worldly moments can't stop talking about 
Logically, we're making progress been three scores in Niger's roundabout 
Despite, by chance, in lies, monkey man money snakes share 
With joy in reserve, craze in warehouse, vociferation- a nightmare
