Today's Free Lunch
for those of us
who grew up
on the farm
rammed down our throats
that there’s no such thing
as a free lunch
still keeping our nose
tightly to the grind
such days bursting now
with feelings of entitlement
reach worlds beyond
our boggled comprehension
