Today I Stand Tall and Proud
Today I stand tall and proud,
I had no confidence a few months ago,
I couldn’t even turn round and say NO!,
My self esteem was defiantly a no show,
But now I can tell you I have defiantly seen myself grow,
Life has been hard and some times overwhelming,
I’d like to thank you all for being ever so caring,
I remember I used to just sit there and start staring,
But I can defiantly see a change as Its helped me in my volunteering,
I feel so calm and relaxed,
I’ve had such amazing feedback,
I am so much better within myself as I now no longer have panic attacks,
I’m finally able to say I am now back on track,
Today I stand tall and proud,
And feel like I am on cloud nine,
I’m finally able to now shine,
I can now actually say to everyone I am fine
