To Weave Or Not To Weave

I wove myself a basket

     Out of my Palmetto Palm.

Everyone said that weaving

     would surely make me calm.

When starting on this project

I still don't know how come?

I got a little nervous

     before I'd woven one.

I kept on weaving this basket

     for everybody said,

If I didn't learn to calm myself,

that I would end up dead.

I didn't want to die, you see,

so I just kept on weaving.

On that DAGGUM basket,

Now my mind is slowly leaving!

Haha! I don't have much patience for "craft" projects or quiet seat work. Great rhyme, Marty! Hugs, Donna .....p.s....Soup Mail
