You have left PoetrySoup my friend and poorer the site remains And now your friends-orphans- in tears and their hearts in pains* © Demetrios Trifiatis 04 December 2018 * Victor, a man of God, of integrity, of goodness and an inspired poet, has decided , for reasons unknown to me, to leave PoetrySoup. I wonder why PoetrySoup doesn't do more to protect its members from unjustified attacks by people who care only to win, no matter what the cost?

I never actually understand the concept of cybel bullying here, but I have noticed that many people left poetrysoup because of this reason, so I really think that the admin should take acfion about it, those negative people should be the one to leave poettrysoup, not good people like victor,

Its so sad to know, in last few months I have been inactive on poetrysoup and today well when I decided to read some poems, I noticed that his account was missing, so upon searching, I stumble upon your poem, he sure will be missed, english is a second language for me so he would always read my poems and would always correct my grammatical mistakes, and all this time, he never stopped appreciating me,

What a pity! I have been reading about fellow poets leaving PS! It hurts more when we find out that the main reason is "being bullied"! I won't get into details. I think that Victor, a poet and a soul of beauty and integrity, has his very solid reasons enough for him to leave. I honestly think that we are supposed to always rise above the evil inside us and strive to let only Beauty reign.. we are not perfect and human nature is complex and unpredictable! But this is our constant inner struggle

Yes, it is a sad story for all of us that Victor left! It is a shame for those who obliged him to delete his work. Hope they will realize the injustice they committed against him and against the site! PoetrSoup must take measures to safeguard the integrity of its poets! Justice must prevail! I don't why they don't do more about a lot of things. It seems many poets are leaving or becoming scarce and not all for the same reason. It is sad that Victor is gone but I do kind of understand. Nicely done my friend, hopefully he sees this.

Chris, my friend , I am happy to see you here and I am certain Victor would have been happy too! We have to stand up against the unjust practices some use to throw out good people like Victor and other fellow poets! God bless you for caring!

No, dear Maureen, you are not the only one for Victor has many friends who loved him truly. I hope to see them commenting here so I send our agony and love to him! Victor and myself are very close in space ( Malta is just a few hundred km away) and in time since he is just four years my senior! Thank you for honoring him with your presence! God bless you!

My day is not starting well after reading this sad news. Victor is a fine poet on here, and if it is bullying then we all need to stand together. Only recently another fine poet was targetted by morons on here. Thank you Demetrios for bringing this to our notice. Tom.
