To Vegan Or Not To Vegan

I ate the steak, it was quite yummy. It tasted great and filled my tummy. But my doctor says it’s best that I eat more beans and suffer gas. rb 2020

Since I am a vegan, I love this! (your body does get used to it after awhile, btw. I imagine if I tried to eat any animal products now, it would be that and worse!) Thanks for the visit today, Robert. Blessings, Rhonda xx

I recently was ordered to eat meat to prepare for hip replacement surgery. I have not been a strict vegan, but have worked at it. I worked for a solar company in the 90s in NH- my boss’s former partner owns a radical vegan restaurant, Susties, so I ate free.
