To Thief

To Thief
Poem
Lionel Derbyshire

Thief
His seed is to steal
With his fingers long of sorrow
He will have no regrets tomorrow
Looting and ransacking freely
Escaping plainly and frankly
Everything is now on his back
His sneaky goal is now infamous
He just doesn't control himself
About his habit of stealing ways
His mother will regret him.
The addict who breaks and steals
Released with permission from a court
He will permit to steal again
His stinky hands mess up the house
He stealth's here and there
And activate the alarm
The landlord hears a noise in his house.
Thief is caught with dagger in his hand
His grin is shocked
Unforgiven he is shot dead
Two bullets in the head

To Thief
Do not steal.
