Washington should yake a lesson from the program to reach the moon. It was a team effort, not a party preference.
To the Moon By Franklin Price 7/19/2019 May of nineteen sixty-one Some thought Kennedy a lune He announced, before the decade's end Man would land upon the moon Tomorrow, fifty years ago That goal would come to be Apollo Eleven on its way For all the world to see The goal would soon be satisfied Two men would make it so Would stand upon that silver orb With several months to go When all begun in sixty-one Very little was in place To begin, much less to win, The run to the moon in space Half a century tomorrow The goal was made complete If the program worked as Washington We would still be in defeat The result just shows what happens When the positive wins out Washington should take a lesson Of what goals are all about.
